Everyone one of us have some parts of us we are ashamed of. We push those parts into the darkness. Those subconsciously rejected parts of us become our shadows. Our shadow isn't a flaw or a mistake instead it's a natural part of who we really are. Needless, to say these shadow parts of us have vibration and when we don't own these parts they dominate our vibration in the form of triggers.

Most of us repress those hidden parts of ourselves to avoid having to confront the darker side. Repressing the shadow can have dangerous consequences as they bubble up on the surface by merely a neutral opinion of someone which leaves us wondering why did I behave that way? Why did I speak those words? In short, any behaviour or decision we regret later comes from our shadow parts.

It's so important to train ourselves to face our shadows in healthy ways.
