Dr Anuradha Rao comes with a total of 26 years of experience in the area of Human Resources. She has held several leadership positions in the corporate world with organizations like GE, IBM BTO Operations, and HR Head for Mphasis, Genpact and Deutsche Bank. She is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Aaradhya Learning and Development Solutions Pvt Ltd and works with Organizations and Educational Institutions in designing, developing and Implementing Learning Solutions.

Anruadha has a Doctorate (PhD) in the area of English Literature from the Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages (India), a Diploma in Journalism, has been trained on Methods and Methodologies of Learning and Content Development and in the area of Experiential Education Practice. She is accredited on implementation of the Psychometric tools - MBTI, DISC and TMC Cultural Navigator. Her certifications include
