The Sacral Chakra or Svadhishthana Chakra is the second energy center among the 7 vital chakras. This chakra is situated in the lower abdomen, four fingerbreadths below the navel.

The word Svadhishthana is two Sanskrit words - Swa means 'Soul' and Adhisthan which means 'resides / abode'. This chakra is associated with sensuality and creativity and is responsible for your sexual and creative energy.
